When is Doclyn launching? +
We're targeting a 2026 launch in India. We'd rather get the product right than ship a date — when we have a confirmed launch window, early-access members hear first.
What does early access include? +
Priority onboarding when Doclyn opens, first pick of consult slots in launch cities, and occasional behind-the-scenes updates as we build. Doctors and pharmacies that join early get first-cohort placement and direct access to the team.
How will doctors be verified? +
Every doctor on Doclyn will have their medical registration number checked against the National Medical Commission registry before being listed, with periodic re-verification. Specialty, qualifications, and registration ID will be visible on every profile.
Can my pharmacy partner with Doclyn? +
Yes — we're onboarding licensed pharmacies ahead of launch. Partners receive verified digital prescriptions, fulfil from existing inventory, and manage delivery routes from a single dashboard. Apply through the early-access form.
How will my health data be protected? +
Consultations are designed to be end-to-end encrypted. Records will be stored in line with India's ABDM framework and your ABHA — meaning you control what gets shared and with whom. We won't sell health data, and we won't share it with advertisers.
Will Doclyn cover my city at launch? +
We're starting with major Indian metros and expanding from there. Sign up for early access and tell us where you're based — we use that to prioritise the rollout map.
Will Doclyn be free or paid? +
The app will be free to download and use. You'll only pay the consultation fee a doctor sets — shown clearly before booking — and the cost of any medication you choose to order. No subscriptions, no membership tiers.
